This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the CyberComply CMMC GRC SaaS platform (“CyberComply,” “Platform,” or “Service”). All subscribers, users, and organizations (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) must comply with this Policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of service.

1. General Principles

  • Use of CyberComply must support lawful business, compliance, and cybersecurity activities only.

  • Customers are expected to maintain professional and ethical behavior when accessing and using the Platform.

  • Access is subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CyberComply to:

  1. Illegal Activities – Engage in, promote, or facilitate unlawful conduct, including fraud, theft, harassment, or cybercrime.

  2. Security Violations – Attempt to probe, scan, test, or breach the Platform’s security or authentication systems without authorization.

  3. Misuse of Data – Upload, transmit, or store:

    • Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)

    • Federal Contract Information (FCI)

    • Classified data or export-controlled technical information

    • Personally Identifiable Information (PII) beyond what is required for compliance documentation

  4. Disruption – Interfere with the operation, performance, or availability of the Service, including denial-of-service attacks or introducing malware.

  5. Unauthorized Sharing – Resell, sublicense, or share accounts without written approval from Armada Cyber Defense LLC.

  6. Misrepresentation – Impersonate individuals or entities, misstate affiliations, or misuse logos/branding related to CyberComply.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and immediately report unauthorized use.

  • Compliance: Ensure your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, including U.S. Department of Defense cybersecurity and export control regulations.

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of data you upload. You are responsible for ensuring such content does not violate this Policy.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

  • The Company reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

  • If a violation is identified, CyberComply may:

    • Suspend or terminate account access.

    • Remove prohibited content.

    • Report unlawful activity to authorities when required.

  • Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account closure.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
