The CyberComply CMMC Readiness Loan offers small businesses a zero-interest path to achieve CMMC Level 2 readiness. This program finances comprehensive gap assessment, documentation, technical remediation, expert consulting, and audit preparation; all structured to support organizations preparing for their C3PAO audit while maintaining financial flexibility. Underwritten by Armada Cyber Defense LLC, providing qualified small businesses with zero-interest financing to achieve CMMC Level 2 compliance.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Small Business under SBA size standards for their NAICS code

• Operate from one primary business location

• Employ 50 or fewer employees

• Maintain 10 or fewer CUI endpoints (devices or user accounts processing Controlled Unclassified Information)

• Hold an active SAM.gov registration with valid UEI number

• Agree to meet with your Consultant at least 3 hours per week on average, not to exceed 5 hours per week

Use of Funds

• Gap Assessment: Comprehensive CMMC Level 2 readiness evaluation, evidence collection, and scoring

• Documentation Development: Creation of SSP, POA&M, policies, and required documentation

  Remediation & Technical Controls: Implementation of missing controls, MFA, encryption, and endpoint hardening

• CyberComply Platform License: Full CyberComply CCMC Level 2 GRC platform license during readiness work

• Consulting & Readiness Coaching: 200 hours of dedicated compliance, project management, and cybersecurity support

• Audit Support & Mock Review: C3PAO pre-assessment, audit preparation, and simulated review

• Interest: 0% (zero-interest financing)

• Term: 18 months

Program Disclosure

The CyberComply No-Interest CMMC Loan Program is underwritten, funded, and administered by Armada Cyber Defense LLC, a Florida-based cybersecurity firm. All financing is provided directly by Armada from its own capital; no third-party lenders or financial institutions are involved. Loan approval is based on program eligibility criteria, including verification of small business status and assessment readiness.

This loan is offered at 0% interest with fixed payments over an 18-month term. Borrowers agree to use the funds solely for CMMC Level 2 preparation, remediation, and audit readiness services as outlined in the approved project scope. Armada Cyber Defense LLC reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline applications at its sole discretion.
